Do you work on any platform?
We work on the common ones: WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow and plain HTML. If your site runs on something unusual, tell us and we will say honestly whether we can help.
Will you need my passwords?
We will need access to fix things, but we never ask for passwords by email. We will ask you to add us as a user or collaborator, which you can remove when we are done.
